Commercial Electrical Projects

Completed by PME Services Ltd

James Harvey British Art, Chelsea, London.

A commercial electricians dream project – a complete re-wire of the premises converting the old shop and flat above to an art gallery and luxury apartment. The lighting to the gallery consists of track lights which are remotely controlled to adjust the lighting level and direction. This gallery sells high value and rare pieces of art, so the correct lighting was crucial.

Lanware I.T. Vauxhall, London.

A completely new electrical installation to this building shell. We worked closely with the client to achieve an environment which can be formal and professional, and then through mood lighting can be relaxing and informal.
Occupancy sensors were used to switch some of the lighting to reduce running costs and CO2 emissions.

Wolff Olins, Kings Cross, London

We have built up over the years a good relationship with this multi-national branding company, and in recent months have completely up-graded the emergency lighting to their offices.
Wolff Olins is committed to reducing their impact on the environment and through the installation of occupancy sensors and energy efficient lighting we have reduced their electricity consumption.
